Imagine how much worse you'd be feeling with McFood in your systems instead. <BR/><BR/>I wish I could bring you some food from the farm. I'll just have to get you up here one day, maybe in the fall, and we'll feed you bison T-bone steaks, and freshly pressed apple cider; a few years ago we invested in a proper cider press, and the kids are now old enough to help and think that it's all great fun. The first year I canned (ie pasteurized in glass jars) the cider, but we decided we didn't like the "cooked" taste, so now I just freeze it.<BR/><BR/>And this past Sunday I made my best apple pie ever, and I hope my late grandmother was watching :). We had some leftover crabapples (huge and sweet) from Tom's aunt and uncle, and they baked up beautifully. <BR/><BR/>And you're right about that accountability business.
