You need an apostrophe catastrophe correction kit: Sharpie pen (for missing apostrophes), White Out (the pen type is particularly handy, for unnecessary apostrophes), and a child you trust to watch your back.
Don't ask how I know about this lol.
Unfortunately, what's beyond the kit is the worst abuse of apostrophes around here: house signs. As in "The Smith's". Gah. On second hand, that does deserve White Out.
Ack! But I've been seeing more and more of such errors in signage these days.
